Instructions
Peel, core, and slice all apples.
Add apples, cider, lemon juice, sugars, and cinnamon to the slow-cooker.
Stir this all together.
Set the slow-cooker on low to 4 hours. Stop cooking after 3 hours.
Notes
** There's no need to cook for the full 4 hours. By three hours, the apples fall apart when stirred, and the sauce has a beautiful creamy texture.
